Moving makes us feel good.

Research tells us that as little as 10 minutes of gentle exercise each day can significantly reduce the risk of developing mental health issues. 

Regular physical exercise increases self-esteem, boosts self-confidence and improves your memory.

It helps ward of illness, improves your circulatory system and helps improve sleep.

And it will increase your metabolic rate and your energy levels!

So get moving – it’s the best medicine out there!

That means hitting the gym, right?

Not necessarily.

Gyms are daunting places, full of lycra and sweaty bits.

And let’s be honest – it’s a lot easier to sit at home with a glass of wine than it is to drive to the gym.

Wouldn’t it be easier if you could workout at home, when you want. With a helpful, supportive coach there to prompt you, support you and motivate you.

Our members have access to a great library of home workouts, together with clear simple demonstrations to make sure you know what you’re doing.
