Reasons NOT to work with me…

1️⃣ You want a quick fix. I don’t offer magic pills, potions, juices or shakes. Instead I work with my clients to help them build long-term sustainable habits that mean they can lose weight…and then keep it off for good

2️⃣ You don’t want to commit time and money to invest in your health and your long-term success. It takes time to build new habits and it takes time to see results (if you want them to last). If you’re not prepared to put that investment down then I’m not the person for you

3️⃣ You want someone to tell you what to eat and when. I believe that my clients should be in control of their diet, not me. I believe they should be able to leave their time with me knowing what they need to do to continue on their health and fitness journey on their own. So I will never tell my clients what they can and can’t eat, but I will help them learn what fuels them well and give them the tools to leave me feeling confident that they can carry on on their own

4️⃣ You don’t want to listen or, more importantly, act on the advice and guidance I give you. If you don’t want to change things, and you just want that quick fix, they I am not the lady for you

BUT if you are looking for long-term, sustainable results….if you are looking to lose weight and keep it off for good…if you are ready to commit to the process and do the work…then I am ready to help you!
