New habits = new results

Do you find it hard to create new habits?

Setting yourself a challenge is one way to help keep you motivated and on track.

Even better – share it with a friend, your family, your work colleagues or some other accountability buddy. Having someone to hold you accountable can make a huge difference to your success in achieving your goal, finishing your challenge, and setting those new habits in place

Mr R and I have decided we would like to increase our running distances so that we can run further along the beautiful cliff tops where we live. So to help build up those distances and re-establish those habits we have set ourselves the challenge of running 25 miles each month in 2020

Having that set goal means we will be motivated to put on our trainers, get outside and get running even when we don’t really feel like it
