How I stay motivated?

People are always asking me how I stay motivated…the answer is “I don’t!”

But what I do have is discipline. A while back I worked hard to create some healthy habits (I wanted to see change). And, now, because I know these habits serve me well, I discipline myself to press play on my workouts, drink the water, get the sleep, and eat well 80% of the time

And with that discipline I can be consistent…a powerful combination resulting in change. Change in my mindset, change in my physique, change in my energy levels

You won’t be motivated all of the time (none of us are!) but you can be disciplined and you can be consistent

So, if you are looking to change something in your life focus on these 2 areas; discipline and consistency…and then keep working towards the change you are desiring
