Who, what, why?

I was at a networking event recently and we were asked to share what we did, who we help and why we do what we do and I thought I would share this with you as well!

WHAT do I do? I am a personal trainer, certified nutritionist and online health and wellness coach. Simply put, I help my clients feel amazing (both physically and mentally)

WHO do I help? Busy mums who are fed up of feeling cr*p all the time

WHY do I do what I do? Because when (at the age of 40) I realised the profound effect regular exercise and good nutrition had on my mental health, my physical health and my energy levels I needed to share this with other busy mums too!

Focusing on me and my health increased my confidence and allowed me to be a better mum. Like many mums I’d lost myself and was giving to everyone but myself. Those small pockets of time working on me were a game changer…a life changer!
