How long am I tied in for?

There is no minimum subscription period. Subscriptions are paid on a month by month basis and you can cancel at any time before your next monthly payment.

How do I access the live workouts?

The live workouts (as well as the guest lives, Q&A sessions and live knowledge sharing sessions) will take place in our private Facebook group.

If I miss the live workouts can I access them afterwards?

Yes, all live workouts will remain in the Facebook group as well as being uploaded to the membership area on the website.

What day/time will the live workouts be?

The live workouts will be at differing times each week to try to cater to everyone’s schedules. Dates and times for upcoming workouts will be announced in the private Facebook group.

Are the workouts suitable for all levels of fitness?

Yes, there will always be modification options

Do I need any special equipment for the workouts?

To some extent this depends on your fitness levels.

If you are new to fitness you can get started with bodyweight exercises and therefore you won’t need any equipment (except for some decent trainers and a good sports bra!).

If you already exercise regularly, we suggest that you invest in some resistance bands and dumbbells to get the most from your workouts.

How long are the workouts?

The workouts vary in length from 5 to 30 minutes.

How many workouts will there be each week?

3 new workouts will be added to the library every week (some live, some pre-recorded), but you can choose how many workouts you wish to do.

We recommend beginners aim for 2-3 workouts per week and regular exercisers aim for 3-5 workouts per week.

Do I have to do all of the workouts every week?

No, it is not necessary to do all 3 of the new workouts each week. Although as detailed above we recommend that everyone exercise at least twice a week (more if you are a more experienced exerciser).

Can I do extra workouts each week?

Yes, you will have access to all of our back library so you can get stuck into as many workouts as you wish. You can double-up the workouts too if you want to exercise for longer than 30 minutes.

The workout library has a search function so that you can pick and choose workouts to suit your timescales, goals and mood!

Do I have to follow the workouts in any order?

No, you can do whichever workouts suit your timescales and goals.

Will the workouts be the same every week?

No, every week will be different. Our belief is that by keeping it varied you won’t get bored and you will continue to press play!

Do I have to follow the meal plans?

No, you don’t have to follow the meal plans. They are provided as an extra tool available to you if you wish to use them.

Do I need any special ingredients for the recipes?

All recipes use ingredients that can be bought from your local supermarket.

This depends on the family but if your children usually eat what you eat then, yes, the recipes are suitable for families. As with any recipe book there will be recipes that become favourites and others that you are less keen on.

Are the meal plans tailored to my personal goals?

The meal plans are not tailor-made but have been designed to help anyone who’s goal is fat loss. They can also be used by anyone who wants to take advantage of having pre-prepared meal plans and shopping lists.
