So is how I look and feel.
I’ve tried various fad diets in the past so I know how frustrating the cycle of weight loss/weight gain can be.
Now I work individually with clients, coaching them to establish a healthy, positive relationship with food. I help them build strong, sustainable healthy habits.
Diets don’t do it for me
There’s a world of diets out there: the 5:2 diet, the paleo diet, the Atkins diet, the alkaline diet and many more.
Sure some of them help you lose weight whilst you’re dieting.
But most deprive you of the food you love.
