Eat Well Lose Fat Frequently Asked Questions

What is the time commitment per week?

There is one lesson per week; this will vary in length from 20 to 45 minutes depending upon the particular topic. The weekly Q&A session usually lasts around 30 minutes but this does depend on the number of questions that week. There are usually more questions at the start of the course than towards the end of the course. You will need to be logging or tracking your food in some way but this should only take 5-10 minutes per day. 

Do I have to buy special ingredients?

No. The whole point of this course is to help you build sustainable dietary habits that suit you, your lifestyle and your food preferences.

What about if I am allergic or intolerant to specific foods, or have specific dietary requirements?

You won’t need to worry about this as you will be choosing what you eat based on the guidelines and lessons provided during the course.

Do you provide meal plans?

As I like my clients to apply what they are learning, and take control of their own meal planning and food choices I do not provide meal plans as part of this course. 

Can I eat the same meals as the rest of my family?

Absolutely! As detailed above the content of the course is designed to help you make dietary changes that fit around you and your lifestyle. I want you to leave the course seeing how easy it is to create long-term sustainable habits that work for you and the rest of your family too.

Am I allowed to drink alcohol whilst on the course?

Absolutely! As detailed above the content of the course is designed to help you make dietary changes that fit around you and your lifestyle. I want you to leave the course seeing how you can still include treats in your diet whilst still losing fat and hitting your body goals.

What happens if I attend a social event or go on holiday?

These are all part and parcel of living a full and happy life. I will show you how you can incorporate these events, guilt-free, into your new lifestyle and still see results.

Do I need to watch/join the lesson at a specific time?

No, the lessons will be uploaded to a google folder on a weekly basis. You can then watch these at your leisure but ideally before that week’s Q&A so that you can raise any questions you have during the Q&A session.

As the lessons will remain in the google folder forever you will have access to them for life, as well as for the full duration of the course.

What is my investment in the course ?

Your investment is £250 upfront or £100 per month for 3 months. An investment to learn everything that I have learned over the last 7 years so that you can feel proud of what you see looking back in the mirror…not just for the short-term, but for life!
